The Nexir name and logos and the Qualiform name and logos are trademarks or
service marks of Qualiform Inc. No trademark license is granted. Truthful,
non-misleading, nominative references may be made only as permitted by the
Nexir Binary License and Use Terms in TERMS.txt.

Nexir Official Binaries are proprietary software distributed in object-code
form under TERMS.txt. Official Binaries may be used without payment of a
license fee for the uses permitted by those Terms. The Terms do not grant
access to or rights in proprietary Nexir source code.

TERMS.txt governs only Official Binaries distributed by Qualiform under those
Terms. Source code separately made available under another written license
remains governed by the license accompanying that source code. A source
license may grant rights that are not granted for Official Binaries under
TERMS.txt.

THIS RELEASE IS A PUBLIC BETA. It may be incomplete, unstable, insufficiently
tested, or unsuitable for production. Unless Qualiform and the user enter into
a separate written agreement, the Software is provided "as is" and "as
available," without warranties, support obligations, maintenance commitments,
service levels, availability commitments, or guarantees of production
suitability. TERMS.txt contains the complete warranty disclaimer and
limitation of liability.

The royalty-free Official Binary license does not permit offering, operating,
or making available Nexir, a Nexir-powered database, or substantially similar
database functionality as a Database Service for a third party. This
restriction applies to paid and free Database Services. Providing a Database
Service requires a separate written commercial license from Qualiform.

Paid commercial licenses, support, maintenance, and professional services are
optional for users engaged only in activities otherwise permitted by
TERMS.txt. They are available to any person or organization and are not
limited to Database Service providers.

This distribution may include open-source and other separately licensed
components owned by Qualiform, contributors, or third parties. Qualiform-owned
or contributor-owned open-source components and their required notices are
identified in OPEN_SOURCE_LICENSES.txt. External dependencies and their
required notices are identified in THIRD_PARTY_LICENSES.txt. Additional legal
or attribution files may also accompany this distribution.

Separately licensed components are governed by their applicable licenses.
Nothing in TERMS.txt restricts rights granted under, or replaces obligations
imposed by, an applicable separate license.

An unmodified Official Binary may be redistributed only as permitted by
TERMS.txt. Redistribution must preserve TERMS.txt, this NOTICE.txt,
OPEN_SOURCE_LICENSES.txt, THIRD_PARTY_LICENSES.txt, and all other legal,
copyright, trademark, source-offer, and attribution files included in the
official distribution. Each recipient receives its Official Binary license
directly from Qualiform and must independently accept TERMS.txt.
