NEXIR BINARY LICENSE AND USE TERMS

These Nexir Binary License and Use Terms (the "Terms") are a binding agreement
between Qualiform Inc. ("Qualiform") and the individual or legal entity
accepting them ("You"). Read these Terms before downloading, installing,
copying, deploying, redistributing, or using Nexir.

1. DEFINITIONS

"Application Service" means a product or service in which Nexir is used as an
internal supporting component and the product's customers purchase or access
the product's application functionality. An Application Service does not give
customers direct or general-purpose access to Nexir or to database, cache,
data-store, database-management, cluster-management, or substantially similar
functionality.

"Beta Version" means a version of Nexir identified by Qualiform as beta, public
beta, preview, prerelease, evaluation, early access, or by a substantially
similar designation.

"Database Service" means any hosted, managed, operated, or otherwise provided
product or service for a third party whose primary purpose or material
functionality is to give that third party direct or general-purpose ability to
create, host, manage, administer, access, or query:

(a) Nexir;

(b) a database, cache, or data store powered wholly or materially by Nexir;

(c) a Redis-compatible database powered wholly or materially by Nexir;

(d) Nexir clusters, nodes, deployments, or related control-plane
functionality; or

(e) a database-management capability that acts as a substitute for direct use
of Nexir.

Database Service includes database-as-a-service offerings, hosted or managed
database endpoints, multi-customer or multi-tenant managed Nexir offerings,
standardized managed Nexir products, and services that create, operate,
administer, monitor, or manage Nexir clusters for third parties. Database
Service does not include an Application Service or a consulting or managed
operation that satisfies Section 5.4.

"Official Binary" means an object-code software package, executable, installer,
archive, or container image released by Qualiform through an official
Qualiform website, download location, package repository, or container
registry and expressly designated by Qualiform as an Official Binary governed
by these Terms.

"Separately Licensed Component" means software, source code, object code,
documentation, or other material included with or used by Nexir that is
identified in OPEN_SOURCE_LICENSES.txt, THIRD_PARTY_LICENSES.txt, NOTICE.txt,
or another accompanying legal or attribution file as being governed by
separate license terms. A Separately Licensed Component may be owned by
Qualiform, a contributor, or a third party.

"Software" or "Nexir" means the Official Binaries distributed by or on behalf
of Qualiform under these Terms, together with the configuration files,
documentation, and updates that Qualiform includes in the same distribution.
The Software does not include a Separately Licensed Component to the extent
that component is governed by separate license terms.

"You" or "Your" means the individual or legal entity accepting these Terms. If
You download, install, copy, deploy, redistribute, or use the Software for or
on behalf of an organization, You represent that You have authority to accept
these Terms on that organization's behalf.

2. SCOPE AND SOURCE-LICENSE BOUNDARY

These Terms govern only Official Binaries distributed by Qualiform under these
Terms.

Source code that Qualiform or another copyright holder separately makes
available under another written license is governed by the license accompanying
that source code and is not governed by these Terms merely because it relates
to Nexir.

A separate source license may grant rights to inspect, copy, modify, build, or
redistribute source code or resulting works. These Terms do not restrict rights
validly granted under that separate license. A binary built or modified under a
separate source license is not an Official Binary, may not be represented as an
Official Binary, and may be distributed only as permitted by the applicable
source license.

Conversely, receiving source code under a separate license does not alter the
terms governing an Official Binary received under these Terms.

If these Terms conflict with an applicable license for a Separately Licensed
Component, the separate license controls solely with respect to that
component.

3. ACCEPTANCE

You accept these Terms by affirmatively agreeing to them through a download
page, installer, command-line option, container-startup mechanism, first-run
prompt, or another acceptance process provided by Qualiform.

Where Qualiform provides an acceptance mechanism, You must complete that
mechanism before first installing, executing, deploying, or using the
Software. For unattended or automated installation or deployment, You must
use the noninteractive acceptance mechanism designated by Qualiform.

If You receive an Official Binary through an authorized redistribution channel,
You accept these Terms by affirmatively agreeing to them before first
installing, executing, deploying, or using the Software.

Merely obtaining, downloading, or pulling a copy without accepting these Terms
does not grant You a right to install, execute, deploy, or use the Software.

If You do not accept these Terms, do not install, execute, deploy, redistribute,
or use the Software, and delete all copies under Your control.

4. LICENSE GRANT

Subject to Your continued compliance with these Terms, Qualiform grants You a
worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and
non-sublicensable license during the term of these Terms to:

(a) install, reproduce, and execute the Software in object-code form for the
permitted uses described in Section 5;

(b) make a reasonable number of backup and archival copies for Your own
permitted use;

(c) permit Your employees and contractors to operate the Software on Your
behalf as permitted by Section 5.3;

(d) configure the Software as permitted by Section 5.5; and

(e) redistribute unmodified Official Binaries only as expressly permitted by
Section 8.

No license fee is required for the uses permitted by these Terms. The
royalty-free license is nevertheless a license and is subject to every
applicable condition and restriction in these Terms.

These Terms do not make Nexir open-source software and do not grant You any
right to receive or access proprietary Nexir source code.

Except for rights expressly granted by these Terms or by an applicable separate
license, all rights are reserved.

5. PERMITTED USES

5.1 General Use

Subject to these Terms, You may use the Software for personal, educational,
evaluation, testing, development, quality-assurance, internal business,
commercial, and production purposes.

Use of a Beta Version in production is permitted, but it remains entirely at
Your own risk and is subject to Sections 6, 16, and 17.

5.2 Application Services

You may build, operate, provide, and sell an Application Service that uses
Nexir internally, provided that:

(a) customers purchase or access the application's functionality rather than
Nexir or a general-purpose database capability;

(b) customers are not given direct or general-purpose access to Nexir;

(c) customers are not permitted to independently administer Nexir clusters,
databases, keys, storage, or control-plane functionality; and

(d) the offering is not a Database Service.

The fact that an Application Service stores, retrieves, processes, searches,
or displays customer data using Nexir does not by itself make the offering a
Database Service.

5.3 Employees and Contractors

You may permit Your employees and contractors to install, configure, operate,
and use the Software solely on Your behalf and solely for Your permitted uses.

They must be subject to confidentiality, security, and use obligations at least
as protective as these Terms. You remain responsible for their acts and
omissions relating to the Software.

5.4 Customer-Specific Consulting and Managed Operation

A consultant, contractor, systems integrator, or managed-service provider may
install, configure, operate, administer, monitor, or maintain Nexir for a
customer's own internal environment only when:

(a) the customer has independently accepted these Terms or has a separate
written agreement with Qualiform authorizing the use;

(b) the environment is dedicated to that customer and is not pooled with
another customer's Nexir environment;

(c) the work is performed solely on that customer's behalf and for that
customer's permitted internal use or Application Service;

(d) the provider does not sell or expose database capacity, hosted database
endpoints, Nexir administration, or Nexir control-plane functionality as a
product;

(e) the provider does not market, package, or operate the engagement as a
standardized or branded managed Nexir offering;

(f) the provider does not grant the customer rights beyond those granted by
Qualiform; and

(g) the arrangement is not otherwise a Database Service.

A provider may perform separate engagements for more than one customer only
when each engagement independently satisfies every requirement above. This
exception does not permit a productized managed Nexir business merely because
customer environments are technically isolated.

5.5 Configuration and Deployment Materials

You may modify configuration files, environment settings, deployment
manifests, orchestration files, command-line parameters, scripts, templates,
and similar non-executable materials supplied with Nexir solely as reasonably
necessary to install, configure, secure, deploy, operate, monitor, or maintain
the Software for a permitted use.

This permission does not allow You to modify Nexir executable code,
proprietary libraries, embedded license or ownership information, technical
restrictions, or any material whose accompanying notice expressly prohibits
modification.

You may reproduce and adapt excerpts from Nexir documentation solely for Your
internal operational documentation, provided You preserve applicable
copyright and attribution notices.

6. BETA VERSIONS

This Section applies to any release designated as a Beta Version.

You acknowledge that a Beta Version may be incomplete, experimental, unstable,
or insufficiently tested; may contain defects, security vulnerabilities,
performance limitations, or compatibility problems; may cause service
interruption, data loss, data corruption, incorrect results, or other
failures; may change materially; and may never become generally available.

You may use a Beta Version for an otherwise permitted purpose, including
production, entirely at Your own risk.

Unless Qualiform agrees otherwise in a separate signed writing, Qualiform has
no obligation to:

(a) continue developing or distributing a Beta Version;

(b) make a generally available version available;

(c) preserve compatibility with a Beta Version;

(d) preserve data, configuration, file-format, network-protocol, command, API,
or operational compatibility;

(e) correct a defect or vulnerability;

(f) provide updates, upgrades, migrations, or security fixes; or

(g) recover, preserve, or restore Your data.

You are solely responsible for determining whether a Beta Version is
appropriate for Your use and for maintaining suitable testing, security,
backups, redundancy, monitoring, restoration procedures, disaster recovery,
and business-continuity measures.

7. DATABASE SERVICE RESTRICTION

The royalty-free license under these Terms does not permit You to offer, sell,
license, provide, operate, or make available a Database Service to or for any
third party.

This restriction applies whether the Database Service is paid or free,
commercial or noncommercial, public or private, bundled with another offering,
provided directly or indirectly, or described using another name.

You may not:

(a) allow another person to use Your rights under these Terms to provide a
Database Service;

(b) provide Nexir database capacity, hosted endpoints, clusters, or
control-plane functionality as a product or service;

(c) provide a white-label, embedded, resold, or indirect Database Service;

(d) combine Nexir with other software or services when the resulting offering
remains materially a Database Service; or

(e) structure, rename, divide, package, or describe an offering to circumvent
this restriction.

This Section does not prohibit an Application Service satisfying Section 5.2,
Your own internal use, operation by Your employees or contractors under
Section 5.3, or a customer-specific engagement satisfying Section 5.4.

Providing a Database Service requires a separate written commercial license
signed by Qualiform. Purchasing support, maintenance, or professional services
alone does not authorize a Database Service unless the signed agreement
expressly grants that right.

If You are uncertain whether an offering is an Application Service or a
Database Service, contact legal@qualiform.ai before offering or operating it.

8. REDISTRIBUTION OF OFFICIAL BINARIES

You may redistribute an unmodified Official Binary under these Terms only when
all requirements of this Section are satisfied.

8.1 Complete Package

You must redistribute the complete Official Binary without modifying,
removing, disabling, replacing, or obscuring executables, libraries, package
metadata, copyright notices, trademark notices, license texts, attribution
information, legal notices, or technical protections.

8.2 Required Files

You must include these Terms, NOTICE.txt, OPEN_SOURCE_LICENSES.txt,
THIRD_PARTY_LICENSES.txt, and every other legal, copyright, trademark,
source-offer, attribution, and notice file supplied by Qualiform with that
Official Binary.

8.3 Recipient Acceptance

You must clearly inform each recipient that Nexir is proprietary software, use
of the Official Binary is governed by these Terms, and the recipient must
independently accept these Terms before installing, executing, deploying, or
using the Software.

Each recipient receives its license directly from Qualiform. Redistribution
does not grant a sublicense, and a redistributor has no authority to alter
these Terms or grant additional Nexir rights.

8.4 No Misrepresentation

You must not state or imply that You own Nexir; that You authored or maintain Nexir;
that Qualiform sponsors, endorses, certifies, or partners with You; or that You
are an authorized Nexir reseller, distributor, support provider, or
representative unless Qualiform has agreed to that status in writing.

You may charge for Your own product, Application Service, consulting,
integration, support, or other permitted services. You must not describe a
charge as a Qualiform license fee or Qualiform-provided support entitlement
unless authorized by Qualiform in writing.

8.5 Modified and Source-Built Binaries

These Terms do not grant permission to redistribute a modified Nexir binary, a
binary built from source code, an incomplete Official Binary package, or a
package from which required legal or attribution materials have been removed.

This limitation applies only to rights claimed under these Terms. It does not
restrict a right validly granted by a separate source license. A binary
distributed under a separate source license is not an Official Binary and must
not be represented as one.

9. COMMERCIAL LICENSES, SUPPORT, AND SERVICES

Any person or organization may contact Qualiform to request or purchase a
separate commercial license, authorization to provide a Database Service,
support, maintenance, updates, security services, service-level commitments,
professional services, consulting, training, or other commercial terms.

A paid commercial license is optional for users whose activities are fully
permitted by these Terms. A separate written commercial license is required
to provide a Database Service.

Commercial licenses, support, maintenance, and professional services are
available to any person or organization and are not limited to Database
Service providers.

Unless Qualiform and You enter into a separate written agreement, Qualiform has
no obligation to provide support, maintenance, updates, upgrades, security
notices or fixes, compatibility assistance, migration assistance, service
levels, availability commitments, incident response, data recovery, or
professional services.

Qualiform is not obligated to offer or enter into a commercial agreement with
any person or organization.

10. RESTRICTIONS

Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, by an applicable license for a
Separately Licensed Component, or by non-waivable applicable law, You may not,
and may not permit another person to:

(a) modify, patch, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of proprietary
Nexir executable code or proprietary components;

(b) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decode, inspect, or attempt to
derive source code, algorithms, data structures, implementation details, or
non-public interfaces from the Software;

(c) bypass, disable, interfere with, or defeat technical restrictions,
acceptance mechanisms, licensing controls, security controls, or protective
measures;

(d) remove, obscure, alter, or replace proprietary-rights notices, license
information, trademarks, copyright notices, or attribution materials;

(e) use the Software in violation of applicable law or another person's
rights;

(f) use the Software outside the scope of the license granted by these Terms;

(g) transfer, assign, lease, sublicense, or commercially license the Software
except as expressly permitted by Section 8 or a separate written agreement
with Qualiform;

(h) represent that proprietary Nexir components are open-source software;

(i) use Qualiform's or Nexir's names, logos, or marks except as permitted by
Section 12; or

(j) assist another person in performing a prohibited activity.

If applicable law requires Qualiform to permit an act otherwise restricted,
You may exercise only the minimum right required by that law. Where legally
permitted, You must give Qualiform reasonable advance written notice and
sufficient information for Qualiform to assess the legal requirement.

11. OWNERSHIP AND RESERVATION OF RIGHTS

As between You and the applicable rights holders, Qualiform and its licensors
own all right, title, and interest in and to Nexir's proprietary components,
including applicable copyrights, patent rights, trade secrets, trademarks,
database rights, design rights, know-how, and other intellectual-property and
proprietary rights.

Contributors and other licensors retain ownership of rights they have not
assigned to Qualiform. Qualiform's rights in their contributions may arise
under contributor agreements or other licenses.

Separately Licensed Components remain owned by their respective copyright
holders.

No ownership rights are transferred to You. Except for rights expressly
granted by these Terms or an applicable separate license, all rights are
reserved.

12. TRADEMARKS

The Nexir name and logos, the Qualiform name and logos, and related marks are
trademarks or service marks of Qualiform.

These Terms do not grant You a trademark license.

You may make truthful, non-misleading, nominative statements that Your product
"uses Nexir," is "compatible with Nexir," or is "designed to work with Nexir,"
provided You do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, certification,
authorization, partnership, ownership, or another official relationship with
Qualiform.

You may not use a Qualiform or Nexir logo without prior written permission.
Qualiform may require correction or discontinuation of a misleading,
confusing, or improper use of its names or marks.

13. SEPARATELY LICENSED COMPONENTS

Separately Licensed Components are governed by their applicable license terms
to the extent those terms provide different rights or obligations.

Nothing in these Terms restricts rights granted under an applicable separate
license, replaces obligations imposed by that license, converts an open-source
component into proprietary software, restricts access to source code when the
separate license permits or requires it, or grants Qualiform rights not held by
Qualiform.

You are responsible for complying with applicable separate licenses when
copying, using, modifying, or redistributing those components.

The inclusion of a Separately Licensed Component does not make Nexir as a
whole open-source software.

14. UPDATES AND VERSION-SPECIFIC TERMS

Qualiform may distribute an update, upgrade, patch, or new version of Nexir
under these Terms, an updated version of these Terms, or different terms
identified with that release.

The terms accompanying a particular version govern that version. Qualiform may
change, limit, suspend, or discontinue future versions.

A change governing a future version does not retroactively change the terms
applicable to a version You previously received unless You affirmatively agree,
the earlier terms expressly provide otherwise, or applicable law requires the
change.

An update may require acceptance of new or modified terms before installation
or use. Nothing in these Terms requires Qualiform to provide an update or
future version.

15. TERM AND TERMINATION

15.1 Term

These Terms remain in effect until terminated.

15.2 Immediate Termination

Qualiform may terminate Your rights immediately upon written notice if You
intentionally offer, enable, or operate a Database Service without a separate
written commercial license; intentionally circumvent Section 7; infringe or
misappropriate Qualiform's intellectual-property rights; redistribute an
Official Binary in violation of Section 8; remove required legal or
attribution materials; or bypass technical protections or acceptance
mechanisms.

15.3 Other Material Breaches

For another material breach, Qualiform may terminate Your rights if You do not
cure the breach within thirty days after receiving written notice that
reasonably describes it.

Qualiform may terminate immediately when the breach cannot reasonably be
cured, continued use creates a material security, legal, or
intellectual-property risk, or applicable law requires immediate termination.

15.4 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, You must immediately stop using and redistributing the
Software and delete or destroy all copies under Your possession or control.

You may retain copies required by law and inaccessible backup copies maintained
automatically under established backup-retention procedures. A retained copy
may be used only for legal retention and may not be restored or used
operationally.

15.5 Survival

Provisions concerning source-license boundaries, ownership, trademarks,
Separately Licensed Components, warranty disclaimers, limitations of
liability, governing law, enforcement, and general terms survive termination.
Termination does not limit another right or remedy available to Qualiform.

16. NO WARRANTY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SOFTWARE, INCLUDING EACH
BETA VERSION, IS PROVIDED "AS IS," "AS AVAILABLE," AND "WITH ALL FAULTS."

QUALIFORM AND ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, CONTRIBUTORS, SUPPLIERS, AND SERVICE
PROVIDERS DISCLAIM ALL EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, AND OTHER WARRANTIES,
REPRESENTATIONS, CONDITIONS, AND GUARANTEES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OR
CONDITIONS OF TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY,
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, SECURITY, RELIABILITY,
AVAILABILITY, QUIET ENJOYMENT, COMPATIBILITY, DATA INTEGRITY, AND THOSE ARISING
FROM COURSE OF DEALING, COURSE OF PERFORMANCE, OR USAGE OF TRADE.

QUALIFORM DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, DEFECT-FREE,
SECURE, FREE FROM VULNERABILITIES, UNINTERRUPTED, COMPATIBLE WITH YOUR SYSTEMS,
SUITABLE FOR PRODUCTION, APPROPRIATE FOR ANY PARTICULAR DATA, WORKLOAD, SYSTEM,
OR PURPOSE, OR THAT IT WILL PRESERVE YOUR DATA OR RECEIVE UPDATES OR SECURITY
FIXES.

YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR EVALUATING AND TESTING THE SOFTWARE; CONFIGURING
AND SECURING YOUR ENVIRONMENT; ACCESS CONTROL AND NETWORK SECURITY; BACKUPS AND
RESTORATION TESTING; REDUNDANCY AND HIGH AVAILABILITY; MONITORING AND INCIDENT
RESPONSE; DISASTER RECOVERY AND BUSINESS CONTINUITY; REGULATORY AND LEGAL
COMPLIANCE; AND ALL CONSEQUENCES OF YOUR USE.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties,
conditions, remedies, or statutory rights. If You use the Software primarily
for personal, family, or household purposes, or if another consumer-protection
law applies, nothing in these Terms excludes or limits a warranty, remedy, or
right that applicable law does not permit to be excluded or limited. The
disclaimers in this Section apply only to the maximum extent permitted by
applicable law.

A separate written agreement signed by Qualiform may provide different
warranties.

17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, QUALIFORM AND ITS
AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, CONTRIBUTORS, SUPPLIERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES,
CONTRACTORS, REPRESENTATIVES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT,
INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, RELIANCE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES;
LOSS, CORRUPTION, DESTRUCTION, DISCLOSURE, OR UNAVAILABILITY OF DATA; LOSS OF
REVENUE, PROFITS, BUSINESS, SAVINGS, GOODWILL, OR USE; BUSINESS INTERRUPTION OR
SYSTEM DOWNTIME; PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES; SECURITY
INCIDENTS OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS; FAILURE TO MEET REGULATORY OR CONTRACTUAL
OBLIGATIONS; OR MIGRATION, RECOVERY, RESTORATION, OR REMEDIATION COSTS.

These exclusions apply even if the relevant party was informed that such
damages were possible or the damages were reasonably foreseeable.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE TOTAL AGGREGATE
LIABILITY OF QUALIFORM AND THE OTHER PARTIES IDENTIFIED ABOVE ARISING OUT OF OR
RELATING TO THE SOFTWARE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU
PAID DIRECTLY TO QUALIFORM SPECIFICALLY FOR THE SOFTWARE UNDER THESE TERMS
DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE FIRST EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.
BECAUSE THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED WITHOUT A LICENSE FEE UNDER THESE TERMS, THE
APPLICABLE CAP MAY BE ZERO.

The exclusions and limitations apply regardless of legal theory and even if a
limited remedy fails of its essential purpose.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful
misconduct, death or personal injury, or another matter to the extent
applicable law does not permit that liability to be excluded or limited. If
You use the Software primarily for personal, family, or household purposes, or
if another consumer-protection law applies, the limitations in this Section
apply only to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

A separate written commercial agreement signed by Qualiform may provide
different liability limits.

18. EXPORT AND LEGAL COMPLIANCE

You must comply with applicable export-control, economic-sanctions, import,
trade, anti-corruption, and other laws governing Your download, possession,
use, transfer, or redistribution of the Software.

You represent that You are not prohibited from receiving the Software and will
not provide it to a prohibited person, entity, destination, or activity.

19. GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States,
without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods
does not apply.

Subject to non-waivable applicable law, the state courts located in King
County, Washington, and the federal courts located in Seattle, Washington,
have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these
Terms or the Software. You and Qualiform consent to their personal jurisdiction
and venue.

20. GENERAL TERMS

20.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms and the legal notices accompanying the Software constitute the
complete agreement between You and Qualiform concerning the royalty-free
license for the Software and supersede prior or contemporaneous communications
on that subject.

20.2 Separate Written Agreements

A separate written agreement signed by an authorized representative of
Qualiform controls to the extent it expressly conflicts with these Terms.
Purchasing support, services, or another product does not modify these Terms
unless the applicable agreement expressly states that it does.

20.3 Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, delegate, sublicense, or otherwise convey these
Terms or Your rights under them without Qualiform's prior written consent.

Qualiform may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition,
corporate reorganization, sale of assets, or transfer of the Nexir business or
related intellectual property.

If a provision is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, it will be enforced
to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will
remain effective.

20.5 Waiver

A waiver must be in writing and signed by the party granting it. A failure or
delay in exercising a right does not waive that right. A waiver concerning one
event does not constitute a waiver concerning another event.

20.6 Interpretation

Headings are for convenience and do not affect interpretation. "Including"
means "including without limitation." Singular words include the plural when
appropriate, and plural words include the singular.

20.7 No Agency

These Terms do not create an employment, agency, partnership, franchise,
fiduciary, or joint-venture relationship. You have no authority to bind
Qualiform.

20.8 Electronic Acceptance and Records

Electronic acceptance, signatures, notices, and records have the same effect
as physical signatures and paper records to the extent permitted by applicable
law. Qualiform may retain records of the Terms version, acceptance method,
date, time, Software version, account, and transaction or installation
identifier associated with an acceptance.

20.9 Notices

Legal notices to Qualiform must be sent to legal@qualiform.ai.

Qualiform may send notices to an email address associated with Your account,
download, commercial relationship, support request, service engagement, or
other communication with Qualiform.
