Nexir Binary License and Use Terms.

These terms govern Official Nexir Binaries distributed by Qualiform Inc. Review and affirmatively accept them before installing, executing, deploying, redistributing, or using an Official Binary.

Canonical termsRead the complete TERMS.txt. The copy included with a particular Official Binary governs that release.

Public-beta model

  • Official Nexir Binaries may be used without a license fee for permitted personal, internal, commercial, application-service, and production uses.
  • Proprietary Nexir source code is not distributed or licensed under the binary terms.
  • Offering Nexir or a Nexir-powered database as a paid or free Database Service for third parties requires a separate written commercial license.
  • Commercial licenses, support, maintenance, and professional services are available separately to any user.

Separate open-source component

nexir-mvcc-core is a separate open-source project distributed under MIT or Apache-2.0, at the user's option. Those terms apply to that project and do not automatically apply to the complete Nexir database product.

Release notices

Every Official Binary archive and container includes TERMS.txt, NOTICE.txt, OPEN_SOURCE_LICENSES.txt, and a target-specific THIRD_PARTY_LICENSES.txt.

The Nexir and Qualiform names and logos are trademarks or service marks of Qualiform Inc. The binary terms grant no trademark license beyond truthful, non-misleading nominative references. Redis is a trademark of Redis Ltd. Nexir is not affiliated with or endorsed by Redis Ltd.
